Client Branding

My role as a graphic designer entails gathering strategic direction from client briefs in order to gain an understanding of their motivation to sell and the story they want to highlight. I translate this into the branding and marketing for the sale, from conceptualization to close.

The below photos showcase examples of the branding elements involved.

Northpoint Business Park | This collection shows samples of a branding guide, including color palette, logo design, and parts of the 33 page offering memorandum for a 127,132 SF six building development within the blossoming North Las Vegas submarket.

8425 Almeria | The below slideshow exhibit segments of the 29 page offering memorandum, and the branding concepts supporting the marketing of a highly functional manufacturing facility in the most desirable submarket in the county.

Becknell Blue Diamond | Segments of the 31 page, interactive pitch is showcased below. After presenting this to the client the business was awarded to us. This listing was a highly desired, newly constructed, Class A industrial park consisting of two concrete tilt-up buildings totaling 254,492 SF.

Farmer John | This client briefed a simple, clean, Colliers branded aesthetic. Along with other marketing collateral, I designed the layout of two packages teased below; a 22 page offering memorandum and a 13 page site plan and financial packet.
